HRS launches business incubator

Human Resource Services will launch a business incubator service early this year for professional services with startup or expansion needs. HRS will offer office space, extensive technology access, comprehensive HR take-charge and shared office/reception team to selected companies which offer a cultural match to the standards, ethics and overall methodology of HRS, said Jessica Ollenburg, CEO of HRS, based in Greenfield.
Certified management consulting and strategic planning including operations management, marketing, accounting/finance and information systems/e-commerce will also be accessible on site for incubator clients.
“Small offices have been demonstrating an incredible hardship in finding and retaining quality flexible part-time employees,” Ollenburg said. “This program of shared resources with an expert staff development firm safeguards quality and flexibility, while alleviating burden of idle time and staff development costs. Incubator clients will not endure the hardship of idle employees or resources.” Technology resources can also be included without strapping the capital needed otherwise to attain company growth.
HRS also plans to help startup companies develop their own HR departments as practical and needed throughout stages of growth. Locations will be offered within the four-county metro Milwaukee area, starting with Greenfield and Brookfield/Waukesha. More information on the project can be obtained from Ollenburg at 414-281-2240 or incubator@hrsteam.com.
