The YWCA of Greater Milwaukee’s Circle of Women luncheon will be held on Friday, April 23. This year, the YWCA is celebrating 15 years of philanthropy, helping women and their families overcome obstacles and obtain self-sufficiency. The YWCA is looking for individuals to help make the event a success by becoming table captains.
Table captains can be men or women. As captains they are asked to fill a table of ten with family, guests, friends and colleagues. Over the lunch hour, guests will be introduced to the life-changing programs at the YWCA and get the chance to meet some of women who have been affected by them. At the end of the luncheon, table captains assist the YWCA in collecting donations from their guests. Every dollar donated directly supports the YWCA’s programs. To be a table captain at the 15th Anniversary Circle of Women luncheon on Friday, April 23, 2010, contact gerry.bournelis@ywcamilw.org, or (414) 267-3220.
