The Irish developer of the 2,000-foot twisting residential tower that would be North America’s tallest building announced Tuesday that it has awarded the foundation work to Roselle, Ill.-based Case Foundation Co.
The 150-story tower designed by architect Santiago Calatrava, who also designed the expansion of the Milwaukee Art Museum, is expected to be completed in late 2010.
