The Wisconsin Manufacturing Extension Partnership has named a new board of directors.
Madison-based WMEP, a statewide nonprofit manufacturing consulting organization, recently underwent an operating structure reorganization. WMEP helps Wisconsin manufacturers optimize stakeholder value while growing, innovating and achieving operational success.
Mary Isbister, president of Mequon-based custom metal fabricator GenMet Corp., will serve as board chairwoman. She also served on the previous iteration of the board, from 2009 to 2014, the last two of which were as chairwoman.
The other directors are Steven Copp, chairman of Germantown-based Transcoil International LLC; Mark Kaiser, president and chief executive officer of Green Bay-based Lindquist Machine Corp.; Glenn Kennedy, chief operating officer of Muskego-based InPro Corp.; Rhonda Rushing, president of Madison-based Bernsten International; and Joe Weitzer, dean of the Center for Business Performance Solutions at Waukesha County Technical College.
