How does the market look to you? “Very strong. There is a lot of activity. Tenants are all trying to negotiate expansion rights into their leases and that is a significant indicator of their confidence in their own growth.”
What was the best deal you’ve ever been involved in? “My first. Tom Birdsall cut me in on a large land sale. I got paid while I learned how to be a broker.”
What was the funniest moment of your career? “As most people know, I don’t really do ‘funny.'”
