Wauwatosa Mo’s Irish Pub opens Thursday

Milwaukee restaurateur "Johnny V" Vassallo, the owner of Mo’s Restaurants, will open his second Mo’s Irish Pub Thursday at 10842 W. Bluemound Road, Wauwatosa.

Vassallo owns six establishments in downtown Milwaukee: Mo’s A Place for Steaks, Mo’s Irish Pub, Mo’s Cucina, Moceans, Monsoon and Mocha. Earlier this year, he opened his first suburban restaurant, a Monsoon on Bluemound Road in the Town of Brookfield. The Wauwatosa Mo’s Irish Pub is his second suburban establishment.

“Mo’s Irish Pub is sure to be a popular Wauwatosa destination,” Vassallo said. “Like our downtown location, it’s a great place to meet your friends or make some new ones and enjoy a perfect pint.”
Vassallo also owns a Mo’s A Place for Steaks in downtown Indianapolis and recently opened a Monsoon in downtown Houston.

A ribbon cutting for the new Wauwatosa restaurant will be held Thursday at 3:30 p.m., with the doors opening to the public at 4 p.m. The pub will begin serving lunch and dinner on Friday.
