Wauwatosa-based real estate firm Wangard Partners Inc. today announced several promotions, including Kyle Dieringer as chief financial officer. Previously, Dieringer was vice president of accounting and tax for the firm. He has been with Wangard Partners for nearly 9 years. Other promotions announced by Wangard Partners include: Danny Courtney to controller, Shannon Rice to director of human resources and business services, Nicholas Putz to director of marketing, Shawn Becker to senior commercial asset manager, Allison Verrill to senior accountant, Dustin Galbraith to senior residential maintenance engineer and Victor Franco to senior commercial maintenance engineer. Wangard Partners also announced recently that it has extended minority ownership of the company to four employees.
