What has fueled your company’s growth?
“An absolute commitment to stellar service. We hire people that are innately customer service driven, who are always reaching for a better way to provide our service. We continue to look for the best people to meet that level of expectation. Additionally, our transportation management system provides us with a solid platform to offer our clients and vendors an easy way to handle their daily transportation needs with minimum effort. Finally, with our core carrier program, we can provide ‘real’ trucks when our customers contact us. Our large depth of carriers allows us to meet the needs of our customers when their businesses grow.”
What is the biggest obstacle to your company’s growth?
“The industry faces a shortage of available trucks and drivers, which creates an ongoing capacity crunch. As the U.S. economy grows, there will be more freight than trucks.”
Do you plan to make any changes to your company?
“Our company took the initiative to work with the EOS/Traction platform with our employees and customers. It’s one more way we ensure that our customers receive the best service possible and our employees have the support they need to do their jobs well.”
Who are the business people you admire?
“My father is an outstanding role model. He has not only taught me the values and beliefs he felt were important, but he also led by example. I believe I have achieved success because of his strong belief that if you take care of your customers and take care of your employees, they will help you pave the road to success.”
What is the outlook for your industry?
“We continue to see rapid growth in the need for our services. Better economic conditions fuel business growth and increase transportation needs.”
What is your company’s most important growth strategy?
“We will continue to add sales staff and hire service-focused individuals. We will also spend more time identifying and reaching out to businesses that best align with the services we provide.”
