Verizon holds toy drive in support of Sojourner Family Peace Center

Company seeks donations of new toys

The Milwaukee organization helps families impacted by domestic violence.

Verizon Wireless will collect gifts for its drive through Sunday, Dec. 13, at several of its Milwaukee-area locations during business hours. The wireless communications company is seeking donations of coloring books, crayons, board games, cars and trucks, dolls, action figures, stuffed animals, arts and crafts activities, and G-rated DVDs.

Each donation must be new, packaged and unwrapped, at the request of the company.
