Unique Pizza and Subs Corp. plans to open its second Milwaukee area location in Prairie Creek Shoppes, 1280 Brown St., Suite E, in Oconomowoc. The franchisee, Khader A. Hamdan, plans to open the restaurant in the next four months. "My wife Carmen and my two beautiful daughters love the food, especially the Buffalo chicken and white pizza," said Hamdan, who also owns a gas station and convenience store. Pittsburg-based Unique Pizza plans to open several locations in the Milwaukee area. Franchisee John Budzinski recently opened a location on Brady Street on Milwaukee’s east side. Last year, SBT first reported about Unique Pizza’s plans for the Milwaukee area.
