Lincoln Center II and III, two multi-tenant office buildings located in West Allis, have been sold to a group of investors for $10.1 million. Lincoln Center II and III, two multi-tenant office buildings located in West Allis, have been sold to a group of investors for $10.1 million.

Lincoln Center II is located at 2514 S. 102nd St., and Lincoln Center III is located at 10150 W. National Ave. Together, the buildings total nearly 121,000 square feet and are home to 24 tenants, including Cognex, Verizon Wireless and Eye Care Specialists, according to a news release.
The buildings were sold in late June by Madison-based investment firm SARA Investment Real Estate, according to state records.
They were purchased by an ownership group consisting of a dozen different buyers.
Appleton-based J. Ross & Associates represented the buyer and is part of the ownership group for the properties, according to the lease. Andy Hess, Ned Purtell and Patti Stevens of Milwaukee-based Founders 3 Real Estate Services represented the seller.
Neither SARA nor J. Ross & Associates immediately responded to a request for comment.

SARA acquired the buildings in 2017. In announcing the acquisition at that time, SARA noted the buildings were "well-maintained" and in a "convention location" with easy freeway access to Milwaukee or Madison.
