Total Mechanical names Licia Streich as president

Joined company in 2002

Pewaukee-based mechanical contractor Total Mechanical Inc. has promoted Licia Streich to president and chief operating officer, the company announced Monday.

Streich joined Total Mechanical, which specializes in design, fabrication, installation and service of commercial HVAC, industrial process, plumbing, electrical and fire protection systems, in 2002 as chief financial officer. She was promoted in 2007 to COO. She joined the company after more than a decade in different capacities at Johnson Controls.

Dennis Braun, the company’s previous president, will stay on as chief executive officer and will retain ownership of the business.

“Licia is a champon of continuous process improvement with an emphasis on developing cohesive teams within the organization,” Braun said. “Licia possesses a comprehensive understanding of all our business units coupled with exception business intuition.”

Total Mechanical is comprised of 11 business units with seven operating directly within the parent company’s umbrella of mechanical services. The other four units operate independently and do business as Tri-Cor Mechanical, AGI Fabricators, Winkler Blast Gates and E3 Group LLC.
