Tosa hosts artist network during Artwalk

The Westside Artwalk will be held on Friday, April 23 from 5 to 9 p.m. and on Saturday, April 24 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. This year, the Artwalk has teamed up with Milwaukee Artists Resource Network (MARN)to throw a party in celebration of MARN’s 10th anniversary. MARN is an organization dedicated to enriching the community by supporting individual literary, performing and visual artists.
This is the first time MARN has hosted an event outside the Third Ward Area or the Eastside. It is also the largest fundraising event MARN has organized in their 10 year history.
MARN will feature several prominent Milwaukee Artists in several Village of Wauwatosa and Vliet Street businesses during Artwalk. Their work will also be available for purchase.
Event guests can pick up a “map” and “passport” from participating Village of Wauwatosa and Vliet Street businesses to search for art during the event.
Guests can receive stamps on their passport when they purchase a piece of MARN donated art, a minimum of four stamps must be collected to submit the passport for a grand prize.
