Tools, Inc. expanding Sussex HQ

Work to be complete by November

Sussex-based Tools, Inc. plans to complete a 41,973-square-foot addition to its facility by November, increasing its size by 66 percent.

The provider of tooling services received approval earlier this year to add on to its 63,375-square-foot facility at W248-N5500 Executive Drive. The company broke ground in May and construction is ongoing. Tools, Inc. is working with Oconomowoc-based MSI General on the project.

Tools, Inc. has 87 employees over two shifts, according to documents submitted to the village. The company’s services include design, engineering, tool and die building, stamping and laser cutting, fabrication and assembly. It provides products for the motorcycle, watercraft, recreational vehicle, appliance, outdoor power, agriculture and gaming markets.
