Tony Jones has been named a marketing specialist at Community Care Inc., Brookfield. As a marketing outreach specialist, he will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with local community agencies, faith-based organizations, physicians, nursing homes and adult family homes to promote Community Care Inc. as a vital community resource. There will be a special focus on educating professionals and community members about Community Careâs PACE program which is available in Milwaukee, Racine and Waukesha counties.
