Words to live by: A cluttered desk is a sign of genius.

What is your core philosophy for doing business? "It starts with the people. You must have the right people on the bus with the bar set high to execute well. An organization will not be successful unless the right people are working on the right things at the right time."

Who is your role model and why? "My mother, she is 76, still works a full time job, and was a single parent in the years when being divorced was not socially acceptable. While I was growing up she worked 4 jobs at one time, yet she was still able to ensure her kids remained focused, that we learned the value of the dollar, and that we understood that hard work and education would pay off in the long run."

What was the funniest thing that has ever happened to you? "There are quite a few, too hard to select just one!"
