After leasing for two years, Technical Metal Specialties Inc. has purchased its building in New Berlin for $2.5 million.
The metal fabricator moved from Milwaukee’s south side, 2753 S.31st St., in 2013 to a 108,000 square foot former manufacturing plant at 16555 W. Ryerson Road that had been vacant since 2008.
Mark Schnoll, who brokered the deal for Colliers International, said the building on 31st Street was sold to Aurora Health Care and leveled for parking.
