Over 200 executives, community leaders and supporters gathered for a night of mysterious fun in support of Susan G. Komen Wisconsin. The More Than Pink Gala: Masquerade Ball raised over 70,000 dollars to help local women and men in need by funding lifesaving research and offering support through the Susan G. Komen Wisconsin Breast Cancer Assistance Fund. The fund provides financial support for breast health services, like clinical breast exams and mammograms, as well as support services for those with breast cancer, including rent, insurance co-pays, car payments and more. This year’s event included a gift card pull, raffles, silent and live auctions as well as a giving campaign. Additionally, a group of eleven BigWigs were honored for their efforts to raise over 78,000 dollars in the four weeks leading up to the event by wearing pink wigs and fundraising in their communities.
