Stephanie Lenzner joins Integrated Health Network of Wisconsin (IHN) – a statewide network of major health systems and providers working together to deliver high-quality, value-based care – to serve as vice president of clinical integration and lead the teams that oversee clinical integration across IHN and drive population health for participants in IHN’s care management programs.
Education: Lenzner holds a Master of Science in Health Administration, a Master of Business Administration and a Certificate in Gerontology from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay with a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration.
