Stephan Hoffmann has been named an associate at R.A. Smith National. Hoffmann is the director of transportation at the firm’s Brookfield headquarters. Hoffmann joined the firm in 2006 and was named director in 2014. He has more than 22 years of project management and design experience, including rural and urban roadway reconstruction and rehabilitation, drainage analysis, utility coordination, public involvement and environmental documentation. Hoffmann is a licensed professional engineer in Wisconsin.
