Southridge Mall attracts new retailers

Southridge Mall, owned and managed by Simon Property Group, announced today an array of new retailers joining the property, as well as remodels to some of the center’s most popular stores.

Bachrach, Crazy 8 and Journeys Kidz will join the tenant mix and existing tenant, Name of the Game, has signed a permanent lease with the Greendale mall.
In addition, multiple retailers have renewed their leases and have remodeled or will remodel their tenant space in the near future. Buddy Squirrel, Journeys, Kay Jewelers, Kohls, Maurices, Rue 21, Vanity and Wet Seal have all remodeled their stores.The Boston Store is undergoing a complete remodel slated to be completed in August. Auntie Anne’s and Rogers & Hollands Jewelers will also undergo a remodel slated for completion by the end of the year. 
“This is an exciting time for Southridge Mall with a new spectrum of retail options on the way for our loyal shoppers and visitors alike,” said Mary Mokwa, manager of Southridge Mall. “The announcement of these new stores shows continuous, positive growth in occupancy at our property.”
