The AIDS Resource Center of Wisconsin (ARCW) hosted its 12th annual Jolly Holly Folly event on Tuesday November 27th at the Milwaukee Center and the historic Pabst Theater downtown. A record breaking crowd of more than 900 friends in the fight against AIDS participated in this event, which treated guests to the cuisine of 32 area restaurants followed by a private performance of A Christmas Carol by the Milwaukee Rep. In 2007 the ARCW Medical Center became the largest provider of HIV health care in Wisconsin. Proceeds from Tuesday’s event will help ARCW provide medical, mental health
and dental care to 1,500 people with HIV/AIDS regardless of ability to pay. Nearly half of ARCW’s patients have no health care coverage of any kind. Small Business Times was a sponsor of the event.
