The Kenosha Area Business Alliance (KABA) has added six new numbers to its board of directors. The new board members are Mary Galligan, William Hayes, Karl Ostby, Barbara Riley, Peter Valeri and Dennis Vignieri.
Galligan has been the president of the Kenosha Area Convention & Visitors Bureau since 1991.
Hayes is the president and chief executive officer of Nitto Americas, Inc. He is also corporate vice president and executive officer of Nitto Denko Corp. of Osaka, Japan, which is the parent company of Nitto Americas.
Ostby is president and CEO of Southport Bank, which opened in 1997 as Kenosha’s only locally owned bank. The bank has assets of more than $290 million. Ostby also is the president of the Kenosha Achievement Center, the chairman of the St. Joseph High School Board of Trustees and a member of the Education Foundation of Kenosha.
Riley is co-owner, vice president of business development and corporate secretary for Riley Construction Co., Inc. She also is a member of the board and the executive committee for the All Saints Healthcare Foundation, the Michael DeBakery Heart Institute of Wisconsin at United Hospital System board, the Chamber Division of the Racine Area Manufacturers & Commerce, the Wisconsin Healthcare Engineering Association board, the Milwaukee chapter of Temper International board and the Tempo Gold Medal Investment Club in Milwaukee.
Valeri is president of the Valeri Agency, Inc. He has been the president of the Kenosha Area Chamber of Commerce, president of the Tremper High School Athletic Booster Club and commissioner of the Kenosha Area Redevelopment Authority.
Vignieri is the president and CEO of Kenosha Beef International, Ltd. He has been a member of the Kenosha Beef International board of directors since 1984. He is a member of the advisory board for M&I Bank, Kenosha group, and is a member of the board of directors for the American Meat Institute.
