Two Sheboygan-area apartment complexes have been sold to a Chicago real estate firm for $18 million. Chicago-based Midloch Investment Partners purchased the properties – a 72-unit complex at 3832 Mendocino Lane and a 108-unit complex at 3901 Heather Valley Road – late last week, according to state property records. Both properties are located in the town of Sheboygan. The 72-unit complex sold for $6.2 million. The 108-unit complex sold for $11.8 million. The sellers were limited liability companies/partnerships affiliated with Optimum Property Management of Milwaukee, which owns and manages dozens of properties in the Milwaukee area. Harmoniq Residential owns and manages several properties in the Milwaukee area, including The Easton, as well as a few properties in Kenosha and Illinois.
