Brookfield-based Seroka, a full-service brand development and strategic communications firm specializing in the mortgage industry, has been named agency of record by Parkside Lending, a national wholesale and correspondent lender headquartered in San Francisco. This is the second year in a row that Seroka has been chosen to work for Parkside.
Founded in 2004, Parkside Lending successfully navigated the mortgage deterioration of 2007-08, and has since grown to become a well-known national wholesale lending platform operating in 48 states.
