Joshua Knox, physician assistant and clinical associate professor at Marquette University received a Community Service award.

Cheryl Maurana, professor of Population Health and Senior Vice President for Strategic Academic Partnerships at Medical College of Wisconsin received the Executive Leadership award.

Fabiola De Chico, community health coordinator at Ascension St. Francis Hospital received a Health Care Staff award.

Bryan Lewis, assistant to the dean for health-related professions at UW-Parkside received a Health Care Staff award.

Dr. Madelaine Tully, family practice physician at Progressive Community Health Centers received the Physician award.

Scott McFadden, president & CEO of the Lutheran Home & Harwood Place, accepted the award for Martin Schreiber, former governor of Wisconsin and author of “My Two Elaines: Learning, Coping, and Surviving as an Alzheimer’s Caregiver.” Schreiber received the Lifetime Achievement award.
