The program, “1, 2, 3 Stay Away Mosquitoes,” features Muppets including Grover, Ernie, The Count and Rosita. It provides free content to children and caregivers with tips on avoiding mosquitoes and how to eradicate breeding grounds.

The materials include two online videos, activity sheets, tips for parents and a digital toolkit at www.sesamestreet.org/mosquito.

The videos feature Muppets discussing proper ways to apply mosquito repellent and advice for what clothing to wear while outside.

“It’s wonderful to partner with Sesame Workshop, a trusted voice for children and parents for decades. Whether the concern is Zika or other mosquito-borne diseases, this information will help families protect themselves. The people of SCJ are so proud to be a part of this effort,” said Fisk Johnson, SC Johnson chairman and chief executive officer.
