Ryan Spott, corporate attorney for Milwaukee-based Davis|Kuelthau s.c. is a member of the firm’s corporate team practicing in the real estate, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and franchising groups.
Spott’s practice focuses on advising buyers, sellers, lenders, borrowers, tenants, landlords, developers and investors on a wide range of corporate business matters, including business formations, acquiring, developing, leasing and selling residential and commercial real estate, land use and zoning matters, and commercial business transactions.
