Management and union workers at cookware manufacturer Regal Ware in Kewaskum have come to an agreement on a new five-year labor contract.
Local 850 bargaining committee members and representatives from United Steelworkers International negotiated with company management on the agreement.
The company’s approximately 200 Wisconsin manufacturing employees ratified the agreement Nov. 2, and it will take effect Dec. 12. The contract includes market-based salary increases for each of the next five years and shift premiums, as well as life insurance, accident and sickness benefit improvements, the company said.
Regal ware has a total of 320 employees.
