The Wisconsin Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP-Wisconsin) recently hired Christine Zipperer as its executive director. Zipperer replaces Gina Hansen, the chapter’s first executive director who resigned in June. Zipperer most recently served as director of corporate services for the Inland Companies in its Milwaukee office. "Chris comes to us with an extensive background in commercial real estate," said Paul Votto, managing partner of Elm Grove-based Capstar Partners and the president of the Milwaukee NAIOP chapter. "This will enable her to contribute immediately to the advancement of our legislative agenda and educational programs."
