Wauwatosa-based Irgens Development Partners LLC recently announced that the company’s chief financial officer, Duane Nolde, and David Arnold, president of Irgens Health Care Facilities Group, have each been offered and have accepted a partnership role in the company. They join Mark Irgens, Jaclynn Walsh and Kristine O’Meara in leading the company’s three core divisions of at-risk real estate development, development management/owner representation, and asset/property management in the core market sectors of commercial, health care, mixed-use, industrial and institutional projects.
