Michael Bahr, an architect and project manager for Milwaukee-based Plunkett Raysich Architects, was reappointed by Gov. Jim Doyle to the Wisconsin Council on Library and Network Development. Bahr led the team in the design for the New Berlin Public Library. He is currently working on design projects that will provide enhanced library services to Cottage Grove, Mineral Pint, Williams Bay and Hartford.
Northern Hospitality LLC recently purchased the 94-room Best Western hotel in Beaver Dam from Kohlbeck Properties LLC. The transaction was brokered by Oconomowoc-based Milmark Hotel/Motel Investments LLC, a real estate firm specializing in the sale, financing and evaluation of hotel and motel properties.
