Ry-Le Properties LLC recently changed its name to David Lepak & Associates LLC and has moved its office from his home on the east side of Milwaukee to 7635 W. Blue Mound Road, Suite 105, Wauwatosa. The company is a real estate development firm that specializes in project management consulting. "I’ve been growing and the business reached the point that it was time to move out to an office," Lepak said.
Brookfield-based Shorewest Realtors recently merged with Beardsley & Associates Real Estate Company, located at 911 Milwaukee Ave. in Burlington. The merger creates the 25th Shorewest Realtors office in Wisconsin.
