Office building planned in Brookfield
Marian Mleczko plans to build a two-story, 14,844-square-foot office building on a former gas station site at 13785 North Ave. in Brookfield. Menomonee Falls-based Wahlgren-Schwenn Inc. is the design-build firm for the project.
Sussex facility sold for $1.6 million
Dynamic Ratings Inc. recently purchased a facility at N56 W24879 N. Corporate Circle, Sussex, from Sussex Corporate Center LLC for $1.6 million, according to state records. Dynamic Ratings, a manufacturer of microprocessor-based monitoring, control and communications equipment for power transformers, is currently located at N53 W24794 S. Corporate Circle, Sussex.
