Clover Leaf Group purchased the 136,000-square-foot warehouse building of Glendale Business Center at 6575-6693 Sidney Place, Glendale, from GBI Real Estate Investors for $5.065 million.

Inland Companies brokers Tom Shepherd, Mike Fardy, Scott Welsh and Steve Sewart represented Clover Leaf and GBI in brokering the deal.

Allied Mortgage & Service and Tierra Subida Limited Partnership purchased 149,000 square feet of industrial space at 3100 W. Meinecke Ave., Milwaukee, from Park Industrial Center Inc. Jeff Horn of Apex Commercial brokered the sale for the buyer and the seller. The property is a complex of four industrial buildings and it is almost entirely vacant. Only about 22,000 square feet of the space is occupied, Horn said.
