After a year-long, multi-million dollar renovation project, the Harbourwalk Hotel in Racine has been reopened and re-branded as the DoubleTree by Hilton Racine Harbourwalk.
The three-story, 121-room hotel at 223 Gaslight Circle, overlooking the Racine Marina is owned and managed by Minneapolis-based Graves Hospitality.
In September, Graves also purchased the Chancery restaurant, which was connected to the hotel. That restaurant was replaced with Third Coast Wood Fire Pizza & Pub. An outdoor Tiki Bar has also been added to the property.
Other amenities include an indoor pool and whirlpool, and 4,000 square feet of meeting, event and banquet facilities.
DoubleTree by Hilton is one of Hilton’s 13 brands.
“As we open our doors in Racine, it is clear that this city emanates (DoubleTree by Hilton’s) values as well – as an appealing destination for business travelers, lovers of design and outdoor enthusiasts alike,” said Dianna Vaughan, senior vice president and global head, DoubleTree by Hilton.
