Milwaukee investment banking firm Promontory Point Capital has assisted Sturtevant manufacturer American Metal Technologies LLC in securing financing from Racine County and People’s United Bank.
American Metal manufactures precision-machined metal parts for OEMs and tier 1 automotive suppliers. According to Promontory, “The company was recently awarded significant new business by a key Fortune 500 OEM to expand upon AMT’s current customer programs. This necessitated additional funding to support new capital expenditure requirements and growing working capital needs”
Promontory Point evaluated funding opportunities and helped the growing manufacturer to get economic development grants and the needed borrowing capacity to invest in new equipment.
