Milwaukee professional women’s organization Professional Dimensions has named Lauren Feaster as its new chief executive officer. She succeeds Johannah Karstedt St. John, Professional Dimensions' first CEO who left the organization in May for a position with Northwestern Mutual’s Diversity & Inclusion office. Feaster is currently chief of staff for Teach for America Milwaukee, and formerly chief of staff for City Year Milwaukee.  Professional Dimensions is a membership organization of more than 400 women leaders in the Milwaukee area representing more than 300 companies.  In an announcement, Professional Dimensions said the selection committee chose Feaster for her “leadership experience, vision, and plan to integrate system leadership which combines collaborative leadership, coalition-building and systems insight to mobilize innovation and action across an organization as a whole.” Outside her role with Teach for America, Feaster serves with the Greater Milwaukee Foundation K12 Civic Response Team as co-lead, the Milwaukee Urban League Young Professionals, AALAM, City Year Milwaukee, Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc., Global Shapers and on the board of LIT (Leaders Igniting Transformation).  She will begin in her new role on Aug. 1.
