Potawatomi subsidiary names Heim as CEO

OneProspect Technologies, the information technology subsidiary of the Potawatomi Business Development Corporation (PBDC), has named Ted Heim as chief executive officer.

Heim was most recently chief operating officer of West Systems Group and previously served as chief information officer of Alaskan Native Corporation’s Aleut Management Services, both in Colorado Springs, Colo.
“Ted brings a comprehensive business background with specific strengths in IT, sales, and marketing,” said Pepi Randolph, CEO of PBDC.  “Ted will help OneProspect and PBDC grow our overall technology capabilities including in the cloud computing and managed services space.”
PBDC purchased OneProspect in 2006. Since then, the technology company has continued to grow by serving the growing demand for cloud computing and information technology outsourcing needs of tribes, schools and businesses in Wisconsin and beyond.  The company, founded in 2002, has offices in Crandon, Rhinelander and Milwaukee.
“OneProspect Technologies and the Potawatomi Business Development Corporation family of companies have a great track record,” Heim said. “I am looking forward to working with the OneProspect Leadership Team to grow the business regionally, nationally and throughout Indian Country.”
PBDC is owned and operated by the Forest County Potawatomi Community of Wisconsin. The Corporation seeks to diversify Potawatomi business interests beyond gaming in effort to secure the future of the Potawatomi tribe.
