Philip Beuscher has joined The Sigma Group, Inc., Milwaukee, as a Field Construction Inspector responsible for inspection observation and field services. He has more than 25 years’ experience which includes providing services to both municipal clients and the Wisconsin Department of Transportation. Mr. Beuscher serves as Construction Inspector and is responsible for customer interfacing, coordination of construction administration work, and quality assurance.
