James Nutter has been named vice president of construction at The Good Electric Co., of Milwaukee. He has been with Good for more than eight years and previously served as chief estimator for the firm.
Janie Tuma has been promoted to the position of office manager at Zeppos & Associates in Milwaukee. She joined the public relations and government counsel firm two years ago. She holds a bachelor’s degree in applied management from National American University of Colorado Springs, Colo.
Bernard Kristal and James J. Curley have joined Ritz, Holman, Butala, Fine, LLP, Certified Public Accountants, as partners of the downtown Milwaukee firm. They had been partners in Kristal & Curley, LLP.
Patricia A. Gorecki has been named manager of corporate financial reporting for United Wisconsin Services, of Milwaukee. She is a 1984 graduate of Marquette University with a degree in accounting, and is a CPA.
The law firm of Michael Best & Friedrich has announced that Jorge A. Gomez, Cynthia E. Smith and Ronald S. Stadler of the Milwaukee office and Eric M. McLeod of the Madison office and Peter F. Herzog of the Chicago office have been named partners in the firm.
Laure Leplae-Arthur has joined Core Creative as senior art director of the Milwaukee-based advertising, public relations and Internet marketing firm. She had been with Leo Burnett in Paris. Originally from Milwaukee, Leplae-Arthur is a 1984 graduate of Lake Forest College in Lake Forest, Ill.
Sue Spengler has been promoted to the position of deposit manager for the Oak Creek office of Wauwatosa Savings Bank. She has been with the bank since 1989. The bank also announced that Collette Kendzierski has been named manager of the newly created Deposit Systems Analysis department at the Wauwatosa office. She has been with the bank since 1991.
Mike Fitch has been named vice president and general manager of Charter Steel, in Saukville. He has been vice president and general manager of Charter Wire, a sister division of Charter Steel, since the fall of 1997.
Raymond Krieg has joined Ozaukee Bank as vice president, overseeing the retirement, financial planning, brokerage and trust departments. He had previously been with a Wisconsin-based, publicly-traded brokerage firm. He holds a master’s degree in management from Northwestern University and a bachelor’s degree in business from UW-Madison.
Michele Weber has been named marketing manager of Compuware Corporation’s Milwaukee branch, and will work with the firm’s offices in Milwaukee, Madison, Appleton and Wausau. Prior to joining Compuware, Weber, a Sheboygan native, was employed by ICS in Menomonee Falls. She is a 1994 graduate of UW-Whitewater with a degree in communications.
Elisabeth Townsend Bridge has joined the Milwaukee office of White Hirschboeck Dudek as a contract shareholder. She had been with the Racine firm of Jansson, Shupe, Bridge & Munger, and had practiced law for 19 years. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University and a law degree from the University of Nebraska College of Law.
Christine Herrmann has been named benefits manager at R&R Insurance Services in Waukesha. Prior to joining R&R, Herrmann held various positions for Family Health Systems, in both marketing and administrative roles.
Gary Wendt has joined J.P. Cullen & Sons as project manager at the Brookfield office of the Janesville-based company. Tony Rothschadl has also joined the firm as a construction superintendent at Brookfield.
