Marcus® Hotels & Resorts, a nationally recognized hotel management company and division of The Marcus Corporation (NYSE: MCS), today announced the promotion of Peggy Williams-Smith to senior vice president, SafeHouse Restaurants.
In her new role, Williams-Smith will oversee the development of the SafeHouse brand. This news follows The Marcus Corporation’s June acquisition of the SafeHouse in Milwaukee. Williams-Smith most recently served as corporate vice president of food and beverage for Marcus Hotels, overseeing food and beverage operations nationally, including 19 hotel properties and 40 restaurant and beverage outlets. She joined Marcus Hotels & Resorts as a catering manager with the Hilton Milwaukee in 1997.
