What factors have contributed the most to your growth in the past three years?

The COVID-19 pandemic also has been a major growth factor. As we work in automation, the lack of people in various workplaces has forced companies to heavily invest in automation and machinery. In addition to labor shortages, bringing more manufacturing back to the U.S. has also been a contributing factor. Lastly, the heightened focus on sanitation and hygiene. The removal of hands-on labor from touching medical- and food-grade items is only increasing the need for automation, which in turn increases the need for Pattyn.”
