The Paranet Group, a Brookfield-based organization that specializes in the professional development of manufacturing companies and their executives and managers, has loosened its rules for its web-based job board due to the economic slowdown.
Normally, The Paranet Group limits its job postings to high level management positions and former managers looking for new positions. Because of the slowing economy, the company is making its job board available for any manufacturing employee who has been downsized. The board is also available for companies looking to hire.
