In Rita Napieralski’s role as regional president at Hartland-based Vizance, her focus is on leading the sales team. She is the first woman at Vizance to hold the role of regional president, overseeing 45 associates in the Kenosha and Racine offices.
Napieralski joined Vizance in 2022 after holding various roles in the insurance industry for more than 20 years. Her experience has included streamlining service processes and integrating new programs that focused on improving the client experience.
“Since joining Vizance, Rita has implemented a number of strategic changes, with a focus on company culture and growth,” said Sarah Ocampo, chief of staff at Vizance.
“Rita sees every opportunity as a learning opportunity. She enjoys teaching the ‘people’ side of problem solving. Everything starts with a person, and every person has a skill set they can bring to the table if you let them,” Ocampo added.
“In the past year, Rita has fully embraced her new role. We’re excited to see her cultivate an environment where associates can learn and grow,” said Jeff Cardenas, president of Vizance.
