Class of 2023

Diana Schmidt joined Hausmann Group in 2017 and leads the property and casualty division for the Pewaukee office.

The year after joining the firm, she graduated from the Waukesha County Business Alliance’s leadership development program. In January 2021, Schmidt was nominated and voted in as a principal at Hausmann.

Schmidt played an impactful role in helping Waukesha-based Innovative Signs recover from a fire that burned down its building in 2021.

“Diana was not my agent of record, but she was there for me the entire time. She did this because she has a passion for the industry and for people,” said Chad Schultz, president of Innovative Signs.

Schmidt currently serves as board president for Blessings in a Backpack and joined the NARI Foundation board in 2023. She has also been asked by ABC of Wisconsin to do a breakout session on cyber security for Supercon/ABC of Wisconsin in 2024.
