Notable Office and Operations Managers: Jeff Joslyn

Class of 2022

After more than five years of working at Milwaukee-based Feeding America Eastern Wisconsin, Jeff Joslyn was recently promoted to chief operating officer. During his time with Wisconsin’s largest food bank, Joslyn has been part of numerous initiatives.

“Under his leadership, software applications such as Farm Link and Meal Connect were brought to fruition. Both of these innovative technologies bring producers and growers of local food directly to food pantries and organizations,” said Tony Cartagena, public relations and communications coordinator at Feeding America Eastern Wisconsin. “Not only does this cut down on costs, but it also helps provide fresh foods directly to areas that may not otherwise have access.”

Among other responsibilities, Joslyn also prepared food orders for the food bank. Part of his role was to plan ahead to mass order for specialty seasons, such as the holidays. Joslyn was also part of the leadership team that organized the food bank’s efforts to continue working during the COVID-19 pandemic to ensure people in need had access to healthy meals.
