Jayme Cain is the RSM US LLP office manager lead for the Milwaukee, Madison and Rockford offices. Colleagues describe her professionalism and ability to support those on her team as “phenomenal.”

Cain is on a team that is leading a portion of the launch of a new model of RSM’s office services department, now known as Enterprise Support Services. This model will be used in over 80 U.S. offices.

“The team is developing processes to elevate administrative support services, increase efficiency and create clearly defined career paths. While developing these processes, Jayme supports and mentors her own teams in their own career growth,” said Danielle Fouts, administrative assistant at RSM.

“She has made her mark at RSM by encouraging her staff and colleagues to elevate themselves, break the mold and take their place as essential contributors, adding value to the team,” said Kathleen Porter, RMS senior administrative assistant.

Cain is also the RMS culture, diversity and inclusion leader for Wisconsin and Rockford, bringing together several employee network groups to embrace the culture and diversity within the firm.
