Milissa Rick, executive vice president and chief marketing officer at Milwaukee-based Regal Ware, has more than 30 years of experience working with consumer goods and business products.
“She provides strategic leadership, innovative product and category guidance, and insightful brand development for the portfolio of brands,” said Samantha Kraemer, senior digital brand manager at Regal Ware.
Rick joined Regal Ware in 2021 as vice president of corporate marketing and was promoted to her current position just six months later. As CMO, she is responsible for growing the company’s portfolio through brand strategy, digital marketing, e-commerce, retail and dealer marketing, and product research.
“Her transformative marketing strategies and keen understanding of product, consumer, and customer insights have consistently led to successful new product launches, dynamic partner campaigns and brand growth,” Kraemer said.
Rick mentors emerging professionals in the marketing field, helping them navigate their careers and develop their skills, and has served three years as a judge for the U.S. Effie Awards.
She also serves as board chair for Free Bikes 4 Kidz and is a member of the Food and Beverage Wisconsin Leadership Council.
