Michelle Gross, vice president of marketing at Milwaukee-based Sellars Absorbent Materials Inc., has more than 25 years of marketing experience in both B2C and B2B markets.
“Michelle has a proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams, develop and execute strategic marketing plans and deliver measurable results, while also serving her community in various volunteer roles,” said Rob Heglin, product and marketing manager at Sellars.
Gross’s career highlights include leading transformations in digital marketing as well as large brand repositioning efforts at companies like Briggs & Stratton, Broan-Nutone and InSinkErator.
“At Briggs & Stratton, she was instrumental in integrating an acquisition in the energy storage space and repositioning the brand. At InSinkEator, she developed and launched the first global digital and e-commerce strategy and helped launch the largest new premium line of disposers in InSinkErator history. Finally, at Broan-Nutone, she built the first global channel marketing organization,” said Heglin.
Gross also serves as chair of Catholic Memorial High School’s board of directors.
